The Saint Paul Winter Carnival
| Started in 1886, the Saint Paul Winter Carnival is the nation's oldest and largest winter carnival. Besides the Treasure Hunt, the carnival features more than 75 events - including an Ice Palace, car racing on ice, skijor racing, an ice maze, a snow slide, and the breathtaking ice and snow sculptures.
